Spiritual Retreats, Meetings and Conferences

We utilize two methods of self-exploration during our time together. The first is the direct path during which we explore, experientially, who we are, and the true experience of the body. This is not an intellectual activity, it is a direct experience. The second method is ontological and it helps bring understanding to the ‘being’ of human being. We explore our natural defense strategies, why we develop them and the beliefs about ourselves, and how to distinguish and unwind our patterned ways of being that no longer serve us. Either method, when fully explored, reveals the truth of who we are, and it is all good news.

retreat-circleAll retreats and meetings (single and multi-day) bring us together to explore beneath illness, beneath suffering, to realize the peace and love that is ever present, bringing the awareness of it into our lives as an experience of well being. In remembering who we are we bring the expansive and healing energy of peace and love into our lives, regardless of our circumstances….healing from the inside out. These events do not focus on illness or how to fix the body, but they do use the experiences of illness as an access to distinguishing where we block our natural self-expression.

Everything will be gentle and easy with breaks to create sessions that are comfortable for everyone. You are encouraged to do what makes you physically comfortable during the session; sitting on chairs, lying on the floor, standing to stretch your legs. Please bring comfy clothes for a casual and relaxed stay.

90 Holden Street
Worcester, MA

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Author, Jenny Rush will be speaking on Saturday, November 12th from 1 to 3 p.m. Jenny Rush created Lymethriving after discovering, through personal experience, that the challenges of chronic illness, no matter how dire, can be used as an access to healing at the deepest level. Her teleconferences, retreats, book and one-on-one coaching sessions address uncovering the truth of who we are, beneath the illness. All the emotions evoked by illness can be used as access points to uncovering how we operate as humans, and with this understanding, we can be empowered in being free to choose how to respond to life. Jenny shares some of the tools she utilized to support herself in this process, all of which can be self-implemented by anyone who chooses to, and she will give examples from her own life to help make it relatable. She addresses topics like depression and loss of identity. This is an opportunity for people to discover that it is possible to know peace and fulfillment regardless of their circumstances, and that addressing the emotional and spiritual aspect of themselves goes a long way to support their physical healing. Our meetings are always FREE and ALL ARE WELCOME! More info on Central Mass Lyme Foundation.

“Jenny will be sharing about the moment that was the turn around toward healing, and the journey back to a profound sense of well being and eventual wellness. It was a journey that was punctuated with emotional breakdowns, each of which revealed a patterned way of being or thinking that no longer served her. This ‘healing’ process worked hand in hand with the treatment protocols in support of her body’s healing. She will be sharing what she learned along the way about surrender, acceptance, self-responsibility, grieving, the hidden lessons underneath protocols and what she experienced as the greatest healing force. ”
